Worked out today with Brad then did another 30 min. in the cardio room at high endurance on the bike to make up for the 7 HOURS on the computer yesterday...felt horrible for not gettin' to the gym. Standin' up on the pedals grinding out the miles whew! Feel lots better. Keep up the good work Brian! We'll see how it all shakes out next week eh? Asked Brad about a HIIT class on Saturdays in the future...what do ya think, was too much fun all of us grinding out the newest circuit from Brad's demented mind :))

Ahh todays class was a good one did a few different things to warm up for squats I wrote it down but left it at the gym so dont remember exact weight and what not. The work out was front squats 185 lbs for 10 sets of triples in a kinda of quick fashion it was prety hard but I finnished um :D did alil bit of a shoulder work out to and tried to do cardio but that did not go so well lol only did about 5-6 min >< decieded to call it a day. Intake C= 175 P= 260 F= 30.7. As we come close to the end of the competition, I would like to say Thanks @ hope everyone had as much fun as I did. I learnd alot of new things and met some decent folk. Now there is still a hand full of days left so keep working hard and I hope you all continue to work out hard after the competition. BTW my goals for the competition were to get to 240 lbs and or 20% body fat I chose not to add that in at the begining of the blog for psychological purposes (a kinda of test you can say).

Workouts are looking good Brian, but don't go too low on those macros. That is a little too low a fat intake and I'd keep them carbs up over 200g. Your a big dude and I bet you're tired cause you are not getting enough...........Otherwise keep it up bro.
