Judges vote Bryan Burns Healthy Body Challenge Male overall winner

The judges all admitted that it was a tough decision, but in the end, 2 of the 3 judges voted Bryan Burns the overall winner. After 11 weeks of dieting and training. Bryan lost 14 pounds of fat; second only to runner up Greg Ramelli who lost an astounding 18.5 pounds of fat.
Bryan maintained an a daily caloric allowance of approximately 2500 calories consisting of protien shakes, raw fruits, and clean carbohydrate sources. In week 1 of the challenge, Bryan discovered the Max-OT series and fell in love with it's brief, intense, and very challenging approach.
Bryan is a fireman and worked out in the gym at the firehall. However, soon after discovering Max-OT he discovered the fire hall did not have enough wieght. Bryan did four to five days of cardio every week alternating between the treadmill, recumbant bike, Eliptical trainer and Stair master.
