Work out of the week delivered to you I will personally send your “Workout of the week” at the beginning of each week. Your workout will outline which day you will do what exercises along with your cardiovascular training using the information provided during your initial set up. Your nutrition and supplementation plan will be outlined as well for the days you are working out. It will be your job to get the tasks done, document them and get it back to me by the end of the week. I will evaluate your progress, make changes, and come Monday you will have the next “Workout of the week.”
Fees The initial set up will cost you a phone call and $39.99. Every month after that will cost $19.99 for your “Workout of the week” with nutrition and supplement timing schedule.
Nutritional Coaching Nutrition will dictate 85% of the results from any exercise program. The food we feed our bodies is literally fuel just like gasoline for a car. Without gas, the car won’t run. Like wise if you water down the fuel the car does not run very good, if at all. You want to feed your body clean and timely fuel to get the most from your workouts.For an additional $10.00 per month I will send you 3 “Nutrition menus for the month” along with your “Workout for the week.” These menus will not only outline your pre and post workout nutrition and supplement schedule that you already get with your “Workout for the week,” but will also include the rest of the day as well as your non-workout days.
What are you waiting for That is it, for less that $1 per day you will have your weight workouts, cardiovascular workouts, and nutrition outlined and sent to you via e-mail. It will be designed for you with your goals in mind by an accomplished Natural Body Building Champion. Once your order is placed, the medical and exercise history form and “Life Change Plan” will be e-mailed to you along with a date and time for your initial set up via telephone. The forms will need to be completed and e-mailed or faxed back before the initial set up can take place. Your credit card number will be kept on file for monthly billing and you can cancel at anytime.
