Getting Started First we need to get you set up and on your path. After completing a brief medical and exercise history screening form, you will fill out my “Life Change Plan” worksheet outlining your goals, reasons, and strategy. Then together we will design your “Plan of attack.” Weights, cardio, nutrition, supplementation, we will cover it all in your plan to set you toward your goal. Work out of the week delivered to you Then it is time to get to work. I will personally send your “Workout of the week” at the beginning of each week. Your workout will outline which day you will do what exercises along with your cardiovascular training using the information provided during your initial set up. Your nutrition and supplementation plan will be outlined as well for the days you are working out. It will be your job to get the tasks done, document them and get it back to me by the end of the week. I will evaluate your progress, make changes, and come Monday you will have the next “Workout of the week.” Fees The initial set up will cost you a phone call and $39.99. Every month after that will cost $19.99 for your “Workout of the week” with nutrition and supplement timing schedule. Nutritional Coaching Nutrition will dictate 85% of the results from any exercise program. The food we feed our bodies is literally fuel just like gasoline for a car. Without gas, the car won’t run. You want to feed your body clean and timely fuel to get the most from your workouts.For an additional $10.00 per month I will send you 3 “Nutrition menus for the week” along with your “Workout for the week.” These menus will not only outline your pre and post workout nutrition and supplement schedule that you already get with your “Workout for the week,” but will also include the rest of the day as well as your non-workout days.
