Beginner Kettlebell classes are held on Tuesdays at 6pm.  Kettlebells will be provided, or you can bring your own.  Beginner classes will focus on teaching the individual the basic 6 Kettlebell Movements.  The workouts are moderate.

Intermediate Kettlebell classes are held on Fridays at 9:30am and 5:00pm.  Kettlebells are provided, or you can bring your own.  Intermediate classes will involve more working out and less teaching.  Many new skills will be taught, but the learning process is accelerted with the basic movements already having been taught.  At least 3 of the basic 6 Kettlebell movements must be checked off before participating in a intermediate class.
